IR Cut-off Filters

Our IR Cut-Off Filters improve color fidelity by blocking near-infrared (IR) energy while passing clean, bright visible light. They are essential for a range of imaging systems, including digital cameras, machine vision, and AR/VR displays, preventing IR from washing out contrast or overloading pixels. In stage and projection lighting, they also act as durable heat shields to protect gels and extend lamp life without reducing brightness.

Built with a tough, hard-dielectric stack on your choice of quality glass, these filters are heat-resistant to 450°C. We cut any shape or size from 5 mm to 450 mm and certify every lot to MIL-M-13508C for durability. Optional anti-reflective or scratch-resistant coatings are available.
