Neutral Density (ND) Filters

A Total Of 4 Items

Our Neutral-Density (ND) Filters provide predictable, spectrally flat light reduction, decreasing brightness without introducing any color cast. This makes them essential for technical applications like laser-power attenuation, managing dynamic range on machine-vision lines, or ensuring patient-safe exposures in ophthalmic instruments. In entertainment and creative settings, they are perfect for trimming the output of follow-spots or LED fixtures without altering the carefully selected hue.

We use an optically stable, sputtered hard-dielectric coating on your choice of quality glass, rated for use up to 450°C. You can specify the precise optical density from ND 0.1 to ND 6, including gradient patterns, and we can produce them in any size or shape from 5 mm to 450 mm. Every filter is certified to pass MIL-M-13508C environmental tests for humidity, adhesion, and abrasion, so you can install them in demanding lab, production, or touring equipment with total confidence.
